Connected through Toronto, a logical midpoint between Newark and London. Ate poutine because when in Rome, you know? The taste was hard to describe but it’s a bit like french fries with grated cheese and gravy on top, if that makes sense.

It’s scrapbook time!
However, this will be a practical scrapbook. My bedroom floor is littered with NYT Dining Sections, Food and Wine magazines, and other such recipes. I’m going to organize these beautiful recipes and put them all together in one harmonious, handmade cookbook. All I need is glue and stickers…lots of them!!!!
